Making Money on YouTube

So you've heard about the internet and how it has helped improved lives. It has improved communication. It has improved the sharing of information. And there's a lot more things about the internet that we can be thankful for. Okay. But what's even grander than that? The internet won't only be helpful for simple things. You can make the most of this revolutionary tool by milking the cash out of it. If you have a video cam and a ton of great ideas, have an eye for the amazing and the determination to make it big, then let's get you started on making the most money you can with the combination of technology and talent.

Let's start you off on making money on YouTube.

How tо make Money оn YouTube Videos

See, this has been a recent trend with the likes of Justin Beiber gaining popularity by posting home- made videos on YouTube. You know who this guy is right? So if a 12 year old can do it, why can't you? Thanks to constantly improving technologies, you have the best opportunity to leave the four walls of your office and breakout out some moves for the camera.

One of the first things you have to settle is even just having an idea of the kinds of videos you want to produce. Create your YouTube account (for free) and begin uploading your awesome videos. Keep in mind that you're not just posting videos because you feel like it, but also because you want people to see them. So to increase the number of people who do see your video, make sure to give your videos titles that are keyword rich or content relevant. Also, take care to categorize them accordingly. In this way, your videos come up in search results where they should. It also helps up your visibility and later on increase the views your videos get. These small things will also serve as the foundation of your money- making YouTube project.

If you do things right and execute your publicity strategy properly, then YouTube will take notice and invite you to join a special program of theirs. Coined the Partnership Program, this vehicle is where YouTube works with top ranking YouTube page owners to help the latter make money out of the said pages. If YouTube hasn't noticed you yet, then you also have the chance to apply for the position by clicking the link in their website.

In processing your application or candidacy, YouTube will do a review of the performance of your video page. They will profile the kind of page you have according to its contents and popularity and if your page fits the bill then they will offer you the partnership. Once you agree to this partnership, YouTube will also ask you to agree to some terms and conditions. One of which would be that you will be ineligible to click on the ads included when your videos play. In this way, you won't directly have a hand in increasing your profits. This condition is important especially since the partnership program is actually a revenue strategy built around the pay per click structure.

With this strategy, you will be entitled to a portion of the revenues earned by YouTube from the advertisers who advertise on their website. Moreover, Google Adsense will also be applicable to your site in the form of text ads. This simply adds more sources of income for you.

As you can see, YouTube offers a variety of ways from which you can make money. Now all that you have to do is to maintain your video channel, continuously market and promote it and make sure that your awesome videos keep bringing in traffic. Don't forget to make the most of the neat features that link your Facebook and Twitter accounts to your videos. The more areas you make your video page visible and accessible, the easier your task gets.

This all sounds easy, right? Yes. But you have to remember that this is not a get- rich- quick approach. Making it big will not come over night nor will it be given to you freely. You will have to work on building your reputation but if you have the right stuff then you're just about ready to go. Who knows, you just might be the next Justin Bieber.

How tо Get Paid оn Youtube

Thanks to the internet, people have found more ways to earn money, especially for creative people who are able and willing to share their own work. These are actually the kinds of content websites look for, particularly when the content generate interest and can sustain traffic for a site. These same materials are so highly valued that website owners willingly pay a lot for them. This is the same for YouTube and it serves the purpose of bringing in advertisers who then bring in the money. In YouTube’s case, they do so with their “Partner Program” which started three years ago.

However, this income generating program still fails to impress and gain believers in some circles. Some also do not know that this does exist and if it is legitimate. Let me vouch for this and provide you a walkthrough on how this works and how this can help you be one of the YouTube moneymakers. Read on.

How tо Get Paid On YouTube Thrоugh the Partner Program

You might have noticed the YouTube option on the menu in the Google Search Results page and wondered why YouTube is suddenly there and not some search option like “Videos.” If you haven’t go ahead and try to search for something using Google and look at the upper side of the page. In any case, YouTube’s link is up there for a reason, and the reason is that YouTube is now part of the Google system. Google bought it some years ago and incorporated YouTube its Google AdSense program. In this way, YouTube is even more able to generate income from the placement of ads.

YouTube then passed on this income- generating module to its popular and most active users via its “Partner Program.” Launched in 2007, this program reached out to YouTube users who have obtained the desired number of uploaded videos and followers or viewers. They are users whose posted videos are original and have been able to help the users maintain regular traffic.

If you’re just starting out, you have to verify if you are already eligible or not. The videos you post must be your own creation and that you have legal permission to distribute them. Being able to assure this qualifies you to become a YouTube partner and will entitle your site to be a venue for posting of ads connected to the Google Adsense program. From here, you earn part of the pie which YouTube gets from the advertisers with ads on your YouTube channel.

Now, how much can you earn from being a YouTube partner? The answer depends on how much traffic our page generates and how many clicks the ads on it receive. Basically, it depends on how popular your page is. For example, celebrities and musicians bring in their fanbase to YouTube making them highly eligible to be YouTube partners. Fans know that their idols wouldn’t just allow any other advertiser to promote on their page, making the page a rich source of good advertising content, and the ads more and more attractive to clicking resulting to huge income. Another way of making money out of your YouTube videos would be by posting exclusive content, which YouTube earns from when viewers pay YouTube to watch your videos. In this case, you are basically allowing YouTube to rent your original videos.

As an additional perk, YouTube partners are allowed to upload and maintain HD quality videos with unlimited permission as to the size of the video file. They will also make sure that they protect your material from online pirates aside from making sure that they are protected as well. This option is especially favorable to aspiring filmmakers and musicians who have a cheaper alternative to showcase their work and are able to make their products available to YouTube’s large user base.

So the bottom line is, if you want to join these YouTube millionaires, then start creating and uploading your amazing originals on YouTube. Once these become popular and you form your own loyal fanbase, and as long as you meet the other qualifications, you can send it your application to become a YouTube partner. Your application will be reviewed and matched with the recommendation of the YouTube analysts and if all goes well, YouTub will pay you part of the advertisement revenue earned from the advertisements Google placed on your site.

If you need more information on YouTube’s partner program, specific details are provided in YouTube’s help website together with a helpful FAQs section to help you understand the program better.

Kindle Price Pulsing and Other Tips For Publishing

Hey, guys. It's Travis, here, from RossomeMarketing.com, and I just wanted to talk about making money with Kindle e-books. I want to give you five things to consider as you begin down this journey towards publishing on the Kindle e-book store. So let's just get right into it.

1. First of all, you're going to want to choose a topic. There are a lot of mistakes that are made here. Mistake number one is going with your passion. Not everybody likes to collect rocks, so that's not the best choice if you're going to choose a good topic. Mistake number two is choosing a low competition niche, and that's simply because going where the competition is means going where the buyers are. I mean, it's as simple as that.

People are ready to buy in those higher competition niches. That's why they're higher competition. So don't waste your time going with either your passion, unless your passion is a high competition niche. But if it's something that people aren't buying in or there's not a lot of other books on the Kindle bookstore, that should be a clue to you to pick another topic.

2. Increasing your page count is very important. You can do this in a number of ways as you're writing your book. You can use bulleted lists in your content as you're going through. You can also use chapter summaries at the end of your chapters. Just don't overdo it. That can be a red flag. You could turn off your readers, which could lead to bad reviews.

What this does, it not only creates value for the reader. It also increases your pages, which makes your book more attractive. I mean, why would I buy a book with 35 pages on the same subject as a book with 45 pages if they're the same price? I'm probably going to go with the book that has more pages, because I'm feeling as the reader that I'm getting more value for that. So increase your page count by using those tips.

3. Price pulsing (pulsing the price up and down in spurts) actually can increase your sales and reviews. What you'll want to do is either drop your price to a $0.99 price point, or you completely go free. The idea here is to get a lot more sales. When your book is free or when your book is $0.99, you'll get a lot more sales than you will when it's $2.99 or $5.99 or $9.99. You'll also, of course, get more reviews because more people are downloading them. (Read more about Kindle Price Pulsing here.) It increases your discoverability. You show up on more recommended books and other areas of Amazon's Kindle store that can get eyeballs on your content. Of course, Amazon likes books with reviews, so it makes sense to use this price pulsing. You lower it, and you see a bunch of downloads, and then you raise it back up. You wait a while, and you do it again. That's what price pulsing is, and it can help you in your marketing.

4. Write a good description. Don't waste your description. Guys, use it like a sales letter. You need to describe the benefits of why these people need to buy your book. Don't write about how great your book is or create an author bio here. Don't talk about yourself. Talk about the benefits to your customers, because if a buyer lands on this page, you need to sell your book. If they've landed on this page, that means they've gone as far as clicking it in the store. You need to sell. This is your opportunity to sell. So don't waste your description. Make it a sales letter. Think of it as a sales letter. You need to sell your book here.

5. Of course, formatting matters. The easiest thing to say is, while Amazon will take PDFs and different file formats, just stick with a word processor that can export it to a .doc format. It allows you to edit easily in the long term. If you don't have Microsoft Word or you don't want to pay Microsoft, just use Open Office. It's free, and you can avoid that cost of Microsoft Word.

You can share it on Facebook, too, if you'd like. You can also subscribe to my YouTube channel to see when I upload new training videos, and of course, leave a comment below and share your tips.
